Vinification: destalker-crusher and reduction of the grapes.
Cryomaceration of the grapes in the press at a temperature of 8°C for 6h.
Static Decantation and fermentation at 15°C for about 20 days . Ageing in stainless stainless steel for 6 months.
Alcohol content:13% Vol
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow colour on average intense, determined aroma and typical fruity taste of the cultvar . Well structured is fresh to the taste ad balanced by a bitterish aftertaste but soft.
Excellent wite tasty shellfish.
Serving temperature 9-12°C
